Key Responsibilities
- Execute all visual merchandising directives, including planograms, seasonal updates, and promotional setups, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
- Maintain high standards of product presentation, ensuring displays are clean, well-organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with store management and beauty advisors to identify merchandising opportunities and address product display challenges.
- Monitor product inventory on the sales floor, replenishing stock as needed to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Ensure all pricing, signage, and promotional materials are correctly displayed and up-to-date.
- Regularly assess store layout and product placement for optimal customer flow and sales conversion.
- Provide feedback on visual merchandising effectiveness and suggest improvements to regional teams.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security standards.
- Train and guide other store associates on basic merchandising principles and display maintenance.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or visual display.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and execute complex planograms and visual directives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 30 lbs), stand for extended periods, and climb ladders.
- Basic computer proficiency for accessing directives and communications.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
