Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and meticulously process incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists and identifying any discrepancies.
- Accurately pick and pull customer orders from designated warehouse locations using RF scanners or other relevant equipment.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring proper protection and correct labeling according to company standards.
- Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (relevant training may be provided).
- Perform regular inventory checks and actively assist with cycle counting to maintain precise inventory accuracy.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, strictly adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist in the loading of outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles, ensuring timely dispatch.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to consistently meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Identify and promptly report any damages, discrepancies, or potential safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
- Cross-train in various warehouse functions to support overall team flexibility and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly and perform physical tasks.
- Basic mathematical skills and strong reading comprehension.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods throughout a shift.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and hazard-free work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting.
