Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Pool Attendant to join our dedicated team for the upcoming pool season at The Reserve at Cooper Farm. As a Pool Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall enjoyment of our community swimming pool for all residents and their guests. Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests warmly upon arrival at the pool area, verifying access as per community guidelines.
- Actively monitor pool deck and water areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests.
- Enforce all posted pool rules and regulations fairly and consistently to prevent accidents and maintain order.
- Regularly clean and tidy the pool area, including straightening chairs, wiping down surfaces, emptying trash receptacles, and picking up debris.
- Perform routine checks of pool equipment and facilities, reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Monitor and maintain adequate supplies of towels, first-aid equipment, and cleaning materials.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down pool area furniture and amenities at the beginning and end of each day.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering resident questions and addressing concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a professional and alert presence at all times, prepared to respond to emergencies or provide assistance.
- Complete daily logs and incident reports accurately as required.
- Collaborate effectively with other community staff members to ensure a seamless resident experience.
