Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Analyze, document, and validate business requirements, translating them into clear functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Perform current state process analysis, identify gaps, and design future state processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, data models, and system diagrams.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Support system testing activities, including developing test plans, test cases, and validating results against requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support, evaluate solution effectiveness, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in a senior capacity.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., BABOK).
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and diagramming techniques.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) certification.
