Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned community programs and initiatives.
- Act as a primary liaison between United Way, partner agencies, and community stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for various programs.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events related to program activities.
- Recruit, train, and manage program volunteers, ensuring effective deployment and engagement.
- Monitor program progress, collect data, and prepare regular reports on outcomes and impact.
- Assist in the research and development of new program ideas to address emerging community needs.
- Manage program-related communications, including newsletters, social media updates, and outreach materials.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, funding requirements, and ethical standards.
- Support grant writing and reporting efforts by providing accurate program data and narratives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or project management, preferably within a non-profit setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
