Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Perform precise assembly of medical device components, often involving small parts and intricate processes.
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of products to identify and report any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Package finished products accurately and prepare them for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
  • Adhere strictly to all quality control standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Complete required documentation and production logs accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or process issues to supervisory staff.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
  • Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, measurement)
