Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and investor relations.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support Berry Global's long-term business objectives and drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Manage the capital structure, working capital, and cash flow to optimize financial performance and maximize shareholder returns.
- Provide strategic financial insights and guidance to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive team on M&A opportunities, capital allocation, and enterprise risk management.
- Ensure stringent compliance with all financial regulations, reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and robust corporate governance requirements.
- Oversee investor relations activities, including quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, and proactive communication with financial analysts and the broader investment community.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous professional development.
- Drive accurate financial forecasting, detailed budgeting, and comprehensive performance analysis processes to support informed strategic decision-making.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role for a publicly traded, multi-national manufacturing or industrial company.
- Strong expertise in GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, corporate finance, and treasury functions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex financial strategies that drive growth and shareholder value.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced analysis, and strategic planning with a long-term vision.
- Extensive experience with M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and post-merger integration.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a large, globally distributed finance organization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management and internal control frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or an advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
- CPA designation is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with private equity-backed companies (prior to IPO, if applicable).
- Familiarity with global market dynamics and international financial regulations across various jurisdictions.
- Experience with sustainability reporting and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
