Key Responsibilities

- Efficiently stock shelves, racks, and displays with new products, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO) and aesthetic placement.
- Maintain organized stock rooms and back areas, adhering strictly to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Assist in performing regular inventory counts and identifying discrepancies or potential issues.
- Operate essential stocking equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, if required and certified.
- Ensure products are priced correctly and front-facing for optimal customer visibility and accessibility.
- Remove damaged, expired, or recalled products from shelves and follow proper disposal or return procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product location and answering basic inquiries when needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and store management to achieve daily operational goals and store objectives.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
