Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire real estate portfolio, encompassing property acquisition, strategic development, sales, and ongoing property management.
- Conduct thorough market research, feasibility studies, and detailed analyses to identify new investment opportunities and assess prevailing market trends.
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans for property development, ensuring strict alignment with company objectives and evolving market demands.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of real estate professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Prepare comprehensive financial analyses, meticulous budgets, and accurate forecasts for all real estate projects.
- Ensure absolute compliance with all relevant local, state, and national real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Negotiate and execute complex purchase, sale, and lease agreements for properties with shrewd business acumen.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive and relevant experience in real estate management, property development, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrable in-depth knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market, including regulatory frameworks, zoning laws, and investment trends.
- Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sophisticated investment analysis.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
