As a Warehouse Associate, you will be at the heart of our fulfillment process, playing a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a larger team, and the physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift packages up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods during your shift. No prior experience is strictly required; we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to equip you with all the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this vital role.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments and accurately sort products
- Pick customer orders using handheld scanners and other equipment
- Pack and ship products, ensuring items are correctly labeled and secured for transit
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks and other vehicles
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols
- Operate manual and powered equipment (pallet jacks, etc.) safely after training
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and quality goals
