Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the medical team.
- Document patient information accurately and meticulously in electronic health records.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication regimens, and post-discharge care.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, performing CPR and other life-saving measures as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Participate in ward rounds, shift handovers, and contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Adhere strictly to nursing standards, hospital policies, and ethical guidelines.

Required Skills
- Valid Nursing license (RN or equivalent) issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
