Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Required Skills
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Iowa
- BLS certification
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a hospital setting
- Experience with specific patient populations (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics)
