Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate automotive components and systems using advanced CAD/CAE tools.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance analyses for new and existing designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to ensure seamless product integration and optimal performance.
- Perform root cause analysis for complex engineering issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, analyze test data, and provide recommendations for design improvements.
- Ensure all designs and processes comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company specifications.
- Support prototype build activities, production launch efforts, and ongoing manufacturing support.

Required Skills
