Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the dining area.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage items.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and input them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and address any issues promptly and professionally.
- Clear tables, prepare them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down for special events or banquets as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a hotel or reputable restaurant.
