Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Public Service Vehicle (Matatu) along designated routes within Migori and surrounding areas.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, NTSA regulations, and Sacco operational guidelines.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any defects immediately.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers during transit.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Collect fares accurately and issue tickets as required, ensuring proper accounting for daily earnings.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and concerns courteously and professionally.
- Maintain accurate trip records and submit daily reports as required by the Sacco management.

Required Skills
- Valid Kenyan Driving License with PSV endorsement (Class B/C/D as applicable)
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Proven experience as a PSV driver (Matatu, Bus, or similar)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic vehicle checks and routine maintenance (e.g., tire pressure, oil levels)
