Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.) according to Zannas' quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment, countertops, and storage.
- Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional service recovery when necessary.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in coffee preparation and espresso machine operation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
