Job Description
Sutherland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress Migration Expert to join our growing team. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the seamless migration of websites from various platforms to WordPress. This includes a deep understanding of various website architectures, databases, and content migration strategies. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and developers to ensure successful and timely project completion, maintaining high-quality results and adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in WordPress migrations, a meticulous approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members alike. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and possess the initiative to suggest improvements to our migration processes. This role demands proficiency in various WordPress plugins, familiarity with different hosting environments, and a keen understanding of SEO implications during migration. You will also need to demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute complex WordPress migrations from various platforms.
- Assess client websites and develop comprehensive migration strategies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress migrations.

- Contribute to the improvement of our WordPress migration processes.

- Expert-level knowledge of WordPress.
