Are you a driven entrepreneur with a passion for food, service, and community? Aurora Girls High School is offering an exciting opportunity for an independent Tuck Shop Owner to take charge of our vibrant on-campus tuck shop. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations of the tuck shop, including opening, closing, and serving customers.
- Develop and implement a diverse and healthy menu, catering to the tastes and dietary needs of students and staff.
- Procure inventory, manage stock levels, and minimize waste.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, expenses, and profit margins.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations for food preparation and service.
- Provide excellent customer service, fostering a friendly and efficient environment.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the tuck shop's offerings within the school community.
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate reconciliation.
- Manage any casual staff or assistants, if applicable, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Regularly communicate with school management regarding operations, performance, and any issues.
