We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Food Processing Plant Workers to join our dynamic team at our Kanana facility. This is an essential role within our production line, vital for ensuring the efficient and safe processing of our diverse range of food products. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various food processing machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products, reporting any discrepancies.
- Load, unload, and transfer ingredients and products between processing stages.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and company-specific hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring equipment is sanitised regularly.
- Assist with packaging and labelling of food products according to specifications.
- Follow production schedules and instructions from supervisors to meet daily targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or product quality issues promptly.
- Participate in regular safety training and drills.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow and a positive working environment.
