Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their requested destinations.
- Adhere strictly to all South African traffic laws and company driving policies.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentable appearance of the vehicle.
- Accurately collect fares, provide receipts, and manage payment transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with luggage and addressing inquiries politely.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and earnings as required.
- Respond to dispatch requests promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure passenger comfort and safety throughout the journey.
Required Skills
- Valid South African Driver's License (Code B or higher)
- Professional Driving Permit (PrDP) for Passenger Transport
- Minimum of 1 year professional driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of Setlagole and surrounding North West areas
- Impeccable driving record with no major violations
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed
