Job Description
The Vaal Dam Sailing Club is seeking an enthusiastic, highly skilled, and certified Sailing Instructor to join our dynamic and passionate team. This is a unique Hybrid role designed to leverage the best of both on-site practical instruction and flexible remote work for planning and administrative tasks. As a core member of our instructional staff, you will be instrumental in teaching a comprehensive range of sailing courses. These span from foundational ‘Learn to Sail’ programs for absolute novices and youth sailors, to intermediate skill development, and advanced techniques for those aspiring to competitive racing, across various dinghies and small keelboats.
