Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Feedlot Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Bloemhof, North West. This critical role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our feedlot, ensuring optimal animal health, welfare, and productivity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing feed programs, supervising staff, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations and company policies. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of livestock management, and the ability to motivate and lead a team in a demanding environment.
