Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems and fixtures in municipal buildings, public infrastructure, and community facilities, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on water and sewer lines, drains, and related equipment to pro-actively prevent issues and extend asset lifespan.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency plumbing calls, including critical situations such as burst pipes, severe leaks, and blocked drains, minimizing disruption.
- Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately plan new installations or modify existing plumbing systems.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a qualified Plumber with a strong track record.
- Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work effectively with blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and rectify issues.
- Excellent manual dexterity, physical stamina, and the ability to perform demanding physical tasks.
- Valid driver's license (Code 08/B) to operate municipal vehicles.

- N3/N4 Certificate in Plumbing or a closely related vocational field.
