  • Perform routine maintenance on dive equipment, including basic repairs, servicing, and meticulous inventory management, ensuring all gear is in safe working order.
  • Assist with customer service, including managing bookings, answering inquiries, and facilitating retail sales related to diving equipment and services.
  • Actively promote marine conservation and responsible diving practices among clients and the wider community.
  • Conduct thorough dive site risk assessments and ensure all emergency procedures are understood and readily followed by staff and clients.
  • Manage administrative duties such as certification processing, scheduling of courses and dives, and accurate record-keeping, with flexibility for remote completion where applicable.
  • Actively participate in marketing initiatives and social media content creation to promote Scuba Scene's offerings and enhance brand visibility.
