Key Responsibilities
- Remotely manage and continuously monitor butchery inventory levels using our digital stock management systems to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Process and meticulously track customer special orders for various meat products from a remote location, ensuring accurate fulfilment.
- Proactively coordinate with on-site butchery staff regarding stock replenishment, product availability, and upcoming promotions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records of all butchery supplies, sales data, waste reports, and daily operational logs.
- Assist in the precise scheduling and efficient resource allocation for the on-site butchery team via remote collaboration tools.
- Conduct virtual quality control checks by analyzing data related to incoming stock and outgoing order fulfillment, flagging discrepancies.
