Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial remote client consultations and preliminary diagnostics via phone or video calls to thoroughly understand and assess plumbing issues.
- Independently schedule and manage your own appointments for on-site plumbing services, ensuring efficient routing and timely arrivals.
- Perform a comprehensive range of plumbing tasks, including expert installation, meticulous repair, and proactive maintenance of pipes, fixtures, drainage systems, water heaters, and related components.
- Diagnose complex plumbing problems accurately and provide clear, concise explanations and effective solutions to clients.
- Prepare detailed estimates, accurate invoices, and work reports using digital tools and submit them remotely for processing.
- Maintain precise and thorough records of all work performed, materials used, and client interactions through our digital management system.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of essential tools, equipment, and common plumbing parts, ensuring readiness for various job requirements.
- Strictly adhere to all local safety regulations, plumbing codes, and company policies during all on-site work.
- Communicate proactively and transparently with clients regarding job status, potential delays, and completed work, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of proven, hands-on experience as a qualified Plumber.
- Valid Red Seal Plumber certification or an equivalent, recognized trade qualification.
- Exceptional knowledge of all plumbing systems, materials, tools, and local building/plumbing regulations.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and mobile applications for scheduling, communication, invoicing, and job management (e.g., CRM systems, mobile work order apps).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and diagnostic abilities to identify and resolve complex plumbing issues.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with a professional demeanor.
