Key Responsibilities

- Utilize data analytics, remote monitoring tools, and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide virtual guidance and support to on-site farm managers and personnel on best practices in breeding, nutrition, disease prevention, and animal husbandry.
- Conduct regular virtual farm assessments and performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and action plans.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and logistics for livestock-related inputs and outputs from a remote perspective.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in livestock farming, integrating new knowledge into GWK's operations.
