Job Description
Stefanutti Stocks is embarking on an innovative approach to construction project management and quality assurance. While bricklaying is traditionally a hands-on craft, we are seeking to redefine the ‘Bricklayer’ role within our modern project framework, offering a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute remotely. This is not a physical bricklaying role on a daily construction site. Instead, we are looking for a highly experienced and technically proficient Bricklayer to join our team as a Remote Technical Advisor.
In this groundbreaking position, you will leverage your deep understanding of brickwork principles, material science, and construction best practices to provide expert guidance and oversight for our various projects from a remote location. You will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of brickwork quality, efficiency, and adherence to specifications across multiple sites. This role demands a forward-thinking individual who is comfortable utilizing digital tools for project review, consultation, and quality assurance. Your expertise will bridge the gap between architectural designs and on-site execution, offering remote support, training, and troubleshooting to our on-site teams. You will analyze plans, review progress through digital submissions, and contribute to the development of standardized procedures that optimize bricklaying operations. This is an exciting chance to evolve your career, applying your extensive bricklaying knowledge in an advisory capacity, shaping the future of construction practices at Stefanutti Stocks, and contributing to iconic projects without the daily commute to a construction site in Delmas, Mpumalanga.
We envision this role as crucial for proactive problem-solving, meticulous planning, and elevating the overall quality of our brickwork components. You will be a vital resource for our project managers, site supervisors, and on-site bricklayers, providing the critical technical insights needed to overcome challenges and achieve superior results. If you are a master bricklayer with a passion for innovation and a knack for digital collaboration, we invite you to apply for this transformative opportunity.
