Clover SA is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic supply chain team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage transportation schedules for inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing routes and carriers for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Track and trace shipments from origin to destination, providing real-time updates and proactive communication regarding any delays or issues.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, transporters, and internal departments (e.g., Sales, Production) to ensure smooth logistical operations.
- Process shipping documentation, including invoices, waybills, and customs forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels in transit and at various distribution points, working to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Identify and resolve logistical challenges, such as delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, or transportation bottlenecks, swiftly and effectively.
- Utilize logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to manage data, generate reports, and analyze supply chain performance.
- Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with carriers to achieve optimal pricing and service levels.
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with relevant national and international regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
- Proficiency in logistics software and/or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of national transportation regulations and international shipping procedures.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
