Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Update and maintain the company's website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Support the creation of email newsletters and targeted promotional messages to our customer database.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytical tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement in-store promotions and events, ensuring consistent branding.
- Assist in graphic design tasks for various marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing efforts.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing department.
Required Skills
