Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Theme Park Operations Supervisor to join our vibrant team at Farah Experiences. This pivotal role involves overseeing the daily operational activities within a designated zone of our world-class theme parks, ensuring the highest standards of safety, guest experience, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong passion for entertainment, capable of inspiring a team to deliver unforgettable moments for our diverse guests. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of a specific theme park zone or attraction, ensuring efficient and safe guest flow.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of front-line operations staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting continuous development.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, operational procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels, address feedback, and proactively resolve any operational issues to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of attractions and facilities, reporting maintenance needs and ensuring compliance with park standards.
- Manage staffing levels, create schedules, and oversee breaks to optimize productivity and service quality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new operational strategies and guest service initiatives.
- Handle cash management, inventory control, and administrative tasks as required for the operational area.
- Act as a first responder to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring timely resolution.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in theme park operations, hospitality, or a related leisure industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Thorough understanding of safety protocols and emergency procedures relevant to theme park operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Leisure Management, or a related field.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Multilingual proficiency, particularly in Arabic or other languages common in the UAE.
- Experience with operational management software or ticketing systems.
