Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on roads, including pothole repair, crack sealing, and surface patching.
- Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools, as well as light construction equipment.
- Clear debris, litter, and vegetation from roadways, shoulders, and drainage systems.
- Assist with traffic control setup and flag duties to ensure safety of workers and motorists.
- Install, repair, and maintain road signs, guardrails, and other roadside furniture.
- Clean and clear culverts, ditches, and storm drains to prevent flooding.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report any hazards, equipment malfunctions, or incidents promptly to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and to high standards.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and general maintenance practices.
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications
