Job Description
We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the architectural design process from concept development to construction documentation for various project types.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, 3D models, and rendered visualizations, to clients and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and schedules in compliance with local regulations, building codes, and international standards.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, MEP engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects.
- Conduct site visits and inspections during construction phases to ensure design intent and quality control are maintained.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of architectural deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations, acting as a key point of contact for architectural matters.
- Research and integrate sustainable design principles and innovative materials into project designs.
- Mentor junior architects and technicians, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification professional experience in architecture, preferably with experience in the UAE or GCC region.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven experience in developing detailed design, tender, and construction documentation packages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Architect (RIBA, AIA, ARB, or equivalent professional body).
- LEED AP or Estidama Pearl Qualified Professional (PQP) certification.
- Experience with Rhino, Grasshopper, Navisworks, or other BIM-related software.
- Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
- Fluency in Arabic is an advantage but not required.
