- Conduct in-depth analysis of urban challenges and opportunities, translating them into actionable smart city initiatives.
- Develop detailed implementation roadmaps, technology architectures, and governance frameworks for smart city projects.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and secure buy-in for proposed solutions.
- Perform market research and benchmarking against global smart city best practices and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate smart city technologies, platforms, and vendors (e.g., IoT, AI, data analytics, blockchain).
