Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Hospitality Housekeeper to join our esteemed team in Harare. As a Hospitality Housekeeper, you will be the backbone of our guest experience, ensuring that every room and public area is impeccably clean, comfortable, and inviting. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards will directly contribute to our guests’ satisfaction and our hotel’s reputation for excellence. You will be responsible for a wide range of cleaning duties, adhering strictly to health and safety protocols, and working collaboratively with other departments to deliver seamless service. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned rooms daily according to established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linen and make beds, replenish guest room supplies, and empty waste bins.
- Clean bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, and floors, ensuring all fixtures are sparkling.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all surfaces including furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, supply rooms, and housekeeping trolleys.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures, including handling lost and found items.
- Monitor and manage stock of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, reporting shortages.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and public area cleaning as assigned.
- Collaborate effectively with front office, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
