You will operate a state-of-the-art mobile unit, preparing and serving a selection of our signature coffees, teas, and a variety of pre-packaged light meals and treats. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage a mobile coffee and snack cart/kiosk in designated high-traffic areas.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
- Handle and sell pre-packaged snacks, pastries, and light meal items.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service.
- Process transactions accurately using a mobile POS system for cash and electronic payments.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization for the mobile unit and products.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and manage product waste efficiently.
- Promote daily specials, new menu items, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety regulations and company policies.
- Represent the Doutor Coffee brand positively and professionally at all times.
- Report daily sales, inventory, and operational issues to management.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., product boxes).
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making.
