Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet L'Oréal's stringent standards.
- Prepare and load raw materials and components onto production lines.
- Package finished products, ensuring correct labeling and presentation.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, hygiene standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other production-related tasks as assigned.
