We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Geneva, Switzerland. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition to successful onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and strategic alignment with our employer brand. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles (e.g., Front Office, F&B, Culinary, Spa, Management) across Kempinski Hotels in Switzerland.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates, including direct sourcing, networking, and utilizing digital platforms.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide market insights, and advise on best recruitment practices.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey, reflecting Kempinski's luxury brand values.
- Utilize and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, actively promoting Kempinski Hotels as an employer of choice in the hospitality industry.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, labour market conditions, and recruitment best practices within Switzerland and the broader hospitality sector.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the hospitality or luxury service industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and at least one official Swiss language (German or French) is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for luxury hotel brands or high-end service industries.
- Knowledge of Swiss labour law and recruitment regulations.
- Additional language skills (e.g., Italian, Arabic, Mandarin) are a plus.
