Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the planning, design, and execution phases of civil engineering projects.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to gather data and monitor project progress.
- Support in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Participate in quality control and assurance activities, ensuring adherence to project standards and regulatory requirements.
- Help in managing project schedules, resources, and budgets under supervision.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Learn and apply engineering software and tools for design, analysis, and project management.
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
