KFC Nigeria is seeking friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Part-Time Restaurant Hosts and Greeters. This is an entry-level position perfect for those with no prior experience in the restaurant industry. As a Restaurant Host and Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere from the moment they enter. This role involves greeting guests, managing waitlists, seating customers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for students or those seeking supplementary income. This position is located at our bustling Lagos restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
- Manage waitlists accurately and efficiently.
- Seat guests promptly and courteously to available tables.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding the menu and restaurant operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized waiting area.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, including basic cleaning and table resetting.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and sanitation.
