Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Site Engineer to join our team in Ibadan, Oyo State. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong foundation in civil engineering to gain practical experience on challenging and rewarding construction projects. As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers, learning about all aspects of site management and construction. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects according to specifications and timelines.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site records, including drawings, progress reports, and material tracking.
- Collaborate with other engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project coordination.
- Solve problems on-site efficiently and escalate to senior management as required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project improvement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and materials used.
- Support the site manager in managing the site team and resources.
- Perform quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
