Job Description
As a Partnership Development Manager at Orange S.A. in France, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic alliances that drive mutual growth and expand our market reach. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new strategic partnership opportunities with key players across various industries (e.g., tech, media, IoT, enterprise solutions, content providers).
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and mutual value creation.
- Negotiate and finalize complex partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favorable, legally sound, and aligned with Orange's strategic goals and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, sales, legal, and technical teams to define partnership objectives and ensure seamless integration and successful launch of joint initiatives.
- Monitor partnership performance, analyze results against KPIs, and identify areas for optimization, growth, and new collaboration opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to proactively identify and recommend new business opportunities and partnership models.
- Prepare and present regular reports on partnership status, performance, market insights, and future opportunities to senior management and executive stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned partners, resolving issues, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring effective communication.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and definition of Orange’s overall partnership strategy.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in partnership development, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within telecommunications, technology, or a related high-tech industry.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and deal-closing skills with a track record of achieving measurable results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and present compelling arguments to diverse audiences at all levels.

- Full professional proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
