As an Artificial Intelligence Product Manager at Revolut, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the intelligence embedded within our global financial superapp. You will be entrusted with leading the strategic definition, development, and delivery of innovative AI/ML-powered features that enhance customer experience, optimise internal operations, and drive significant business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-powered features and services within Revolut, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities for AI innovation.
- Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories for engineering and data science teams.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI initiatives, including discovery, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, software engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI-powered features, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and iteration.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication, presenting product plans and progress to senior leadership.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, FinTech, and regulatory landscapes to inform product strategy.
- Advocate for data privacy, ethical AI, and responsible use of machine learning across all product developments.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused specifically on AI/ML products.
- Proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling successful AI/ML-powered products or features.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and data science methodologies (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into product decisions.
- Experience working with data scientists and machine learning engineers in an agile development environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
