Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning models and algorithms for various business applications (e.g., fraud detection, credit risk, personalization).
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and feature stores to support model training and inference.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to prototype, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage ML models in production environments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
- Develop and maintain MLOps tools and infrastructure to automate the machine learning lifecycle from experimentation to production.
- Conduct thorough model testing, validation, and A/B experiments to assess effectiveness, fairness, and business impact.
- Work closely with software engineers to integrate ML solutions into Revolut's core platforms and services, ensuring seamless operation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence, applying relevant innovations.
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and foster best practices within the engineering team to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Solid experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with large-scale data processing technologies (e.g., Spark, Flink, BigQuery, Kafka).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying and managing ML workloads and infrastructure.
- Understanding of MLOps principles and tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow, Airflow) for productionizing models.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and experimental design.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
