We are seeking a talented and passionate Mobile App Developer to join our dynamic product engineering team in Paris. As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our award-winning mobile applications (iOS and Android). You’ll work on features that range from core payment functionalities to innovative budgeting tools, ensuring a seamless, secure, and delightful user experience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance, user-friendly mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate requirements and wireframes into elegant, functional features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality across the team.
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, ensuring the app remains responsive and reliable.
- Work closely with backend engineers to define and integrate robust APIs.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies, trends, and best practices to continually improve our development process and product.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Swift/Objective-C for iOS development OR Kotlin/Java for Android development.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and JSON parsing.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with modern mobile architectures (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture).
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices and data encryption.
- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in both iOS and Android development, or willingness to learn the other platform.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
