Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for potential investment opportunities across various sectors.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including valuation, leveraged buyout (LBO), and merger & acquisition (M&A) models.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations, pitch books, and detailed reports for client meetings, internal review, and strategic planning.
- Assist in the execution of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and various forms of capital raises.
- Perform extensive market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks.
- Support senior analysts and associates in client relationship management, deal origination, and strategic advisory tasks.
- Participate actively in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial screening and analysis to negotiation and successful closing.

Required Skills
