Key Responsibilities
- Present live and pre-recorded news bulletins, current affairs programs, and special reports with authority and professionalism.
- Conduct engaging and informative interviews with guests, experts, and public figures on a wide range of topics.
- Research and analyze news stories, ensuring factual accuracy, impartiality, and adherence to journalistic standards.
- Collaborate closely with producers, directors, and editorial teams to develop compelling story angles and scripts.

- Provide clear, concise, and articulate voice-overs for news packages and reports.
- React adeptly to breaking news, adapting scripts and presenting information live under pressure.

- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing RTL Deutschland's brand and values.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Television News Presenter or Broadcast Journalist in a fast-paced news environment.
- Exceptional on-screen presence, strong vocal delivery, and clear diction.
- Fluent in German (native level preferred) and excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated strong journalistic ethics and an in-depth understanding of current affairs, politics, and social issues.
- Ability to write, edit, and proofread scripts accurately and quickly.
- Proficiency in live broadcasting techniques and teleprompter use.
- Strong ability to improvise and adapt to unscripted situations during live broadcasts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A portfolio or showreel showcasing previous presentation work.
